They asked me about the Programming language C and C++, HTML and CSS. Question bases on OOPS, Functions, Loops and they often asked you to write a Program. Not the full program just the logic part and you are done. Then they started asking some Scenarios based Questions. You need to Analyze and answer them very Carefully.
Cognizant HR is very worst they are not responding to candidate , i have seen most of guys shortlisted but not given offer as well as respond, even sending mail they are not responding. HRs are loosing their trust between resources.
