About the Opportunity

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing how businesses operate, and RESOLUT RE is looking for a motivated student to help evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions across our organization.

This is not a traditional internship focused on observation or administrative work. You won't be making coffee or sitting on the sidelines. The selected candidate will work directly with company leadership to evaluate emerging AI tools, improve business processes, and develop automation solutions that increase productivity and efficiency across the company.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and finding innovative ways to make businesses operate smarter. This role is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience that will strengthen your resume while allowing you to make a measurable impact on a growing commercial real estate company.

What You'll Do

• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies applicable to business operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve existing workflows.
• Assist with implementing AI-powered solutions for research, reporting, data management, and operational efficiency.
• Explore integrations between business systems, databases, CRM platforms, and other software tools.
• Test new technologies and provide recommendations for company-wide adoption.
• Document processes, best practices, and implementation guides for team members.
• Present findings, recommendations, and completed projects to company leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, CRM systems, or business software is helpful but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn independently and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EXPECTED PROJECT OUTCOMES

During the internship, you will work toward:

• Evaluating and recommending AI tools that could improve business operations.
• Implementing or assisting with at least one workflow automation or process improvement project.
• Creating documentation and recommendations for future AI adoption.
• Presenting a final summary of findings, completed projects, and future opportunities to company leadership.
