Who is RESOLUT RE?
RESOLUT RE (formally Retail Solutions) was formed in 2009, founded by Texas retail broker, David Simmonds. After numerous years of working with top retail brokerage firms, Simmonds successfully ventured out on his own with a team of hand-selected, experienced and professional agents. RESOLUT RE has now grown exponentially since 2009 with offices in Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico serving more than 800 listings and 165 tenant representation accounts with local and national retailers, restaurants and service providers.
Due to tremendous company growth, we are currently looking to grow both our brokerage and corporate team.
