Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a cohort of supportive peers, participants build the skills, confidence and connections needed to take the next step in their careers. “Meeting so many accomplished women in business and leadership has been both inspiring and motivating. What I cherish most is the opportunity to connect with other women who, like me, are eager to grow and develop. Building meaningful relationships while learning from one another’s experiences has been truly rewarding.
