Mission In order to assist people with developmental disabilities in reaching their individual potential for community participation and independence, the mission of Community Interface Services is to provide quality, individualized, community-based support and training in employment, housing, community living, and other related services.
Description Community Interface Services is a progressive, non-profit organization that provides person-centered services to adults and children with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, autism, seizure disorder and others. We work hard to support people to reach their dreams, in a team-oriented environment!
We believe that people with developmental disabilities are in the best position to determine how they want to live and that all people, regardless of ability or disability, should be valued and included in society. We offer support by providing services in natural, inclusive settings - such as a person’s home or work site and other community locations and by respecting and encouraging individual choice in self directed and financial management services.
While our physical office is located in downtown Carlsbad, our direct services are offered in the communities where the people we serve live and work, primarily around San Diego County.
