Our Business Analysts play a crucial role in helping Currys work smarter and faster. A key part of that is Process Intelligence: seeing how our teams actually work, not just how processes are meant to work. And using real data to highlight opportunities for change. The team recently got together with Celonis for a Process Intelligence Day, to share ideas and stay ahead of the curve. “It’s great to see how Process Intelligence complements AI to drive real value." says Senior Business Analyst Mayaan (far left of photo).
