Custom Engineering has been in business since 1974. Current owner, Joe Davis, has been with the company since 1999. The St. Louis branch opened in 2010, and in 2019 we acquired Timberlake Engineering in Columbia, MO. Custom Engineering specializes as a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system design consultant for construction and rehabilitation projects in commercial and industrial facilities. In addition to all of the standard MEP services, Custom Engineering also provides design of technology infrastructure backbone including IT and network systems, communications rooms, voice and data systems, and cabling. Custom Engineering has been a certified MBE/DBE since 1992. We are a proud member of the United States Green Building Council promoting the design, construction and operation of high-performance buildings.
