This week, we're reminiscing on our 2026 Executive Director Leadership Conference! Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to bring our Executive Directors together alongside our Regional and Support teams for our annual Executive Director Leadership Conference in Oceanside, California! It was an incredible week focused on connection, learning, and celebrating the culture that defines who we are. We heard from our President, Laura Fischer, as well as key leaders from Discovery Senior Living, including CEO Richard Hutchinson, COO Bill Sciortino, SVP of HR Lisa Lacy, SVP of Strategic Marketing Heidi M.
