Description Ivymount operates the following supported nonprofit organizations: Ivymount School, Maddux School, and Ivymount Outreach Programs.

Ivymount School is a non-public special education school that integrates academic, social and pragmatic skills programming in classrooms with low student/teacher ratios. The school currently serves over 200 students with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disabilities.

Maddux School is a developmentally-based, early childhood/primary program for pre-school through second grade students. The school’s unique trans-disciplinary model combines creative approaches with traditional early childhood education.

Ivymount Outreach Programs share the expertise of the Ivymount and Maddux Schools with the greater community. Highly trained staff provide services to individuals, families and professionals, including recreational, educational, and therapeutic programs, as well as, training and consultation on a variety of topics in the field of special education.
