👉 Erica has been a team member on our Ramsey Concierge team for three years. In that time, she's made some very special memories. But the one that stands out most was "Christmas 2020. Dave surprised us with giving cash to bless someone who we felt needed it. I purchased gift cards at a local grocery store and handed those out to people as I felt led to. What a blessing to help a stranger out. Dave always reminds us “We are blessed to be a blessing”. "My wife & I are weird. We don't own a TV. We aren't on social media (aside from LinkedIn if you count that). We spend time TOGETHER. Actually interacting I mean, not sitting near one another scrolling through facebook. My weird wife & I are celebrating a BIG month. On February 2nd we delivered our 3rd baby girl. A few weeks later, Monday the 22nd, we paid off our LAST debt. WE ARE DEBT FREE! We are owned by no one. It took a while. Life didn't stop & wait for us to get out of debt. We added 2 children to the mix (home births, not covered by insurance & paid for in cash) We bought a mini van (also paid for in cash) My weird wife was able to become a stay at home mom... among many other circumstances, life certainly did not wait. It took almost 3 years to pay off the ~$85k of debt we had amassed. It was hard. Especially for me. I used to be a banker. I used to SELL debt. I believed in it. But the word of God is sharper than any 2 edged sword. If a borrower is slave to the lender, then I, the in-debt-banker, was both a slave and a slave trader. Thank you Ramsey Solutions!"...Show more

When team members at Ramsey see a problem, they don't turn the other way. They figure out a way to work TOGETHER to solve it. 💪 #team This is a picture of that principle in action. One day while jogging after work, a team member noticed there was a lot of trash on the shoulder of a road leading to the Ramsey Solutions property. In our internal chat, she mentioned she would be going out on her lunch the following day to pick up the trash and asked if anyone wanted to join her. The next day, a team of 10 tackled the trash on their lunch breaks and filled nine full bags.
