Reliance Bank Donates Corporate Office to Center City Church to Support Local Growth and Community Transformation [Altoona, PA – December 3, 2024] – Reliance Bank, a proud advocate for the communities it serves, is excited to announce the donation of one of its properties to Center City Church. The donation of the building, located at 1119 12th Street, Altoona, PA 16601 provides Center City Church with a vital resource to expand its ministries and serve the community. The property has served as the bank’s corporate headquarters since 1953, until recently when the bank moved its corporate offices to The Mill at 2424 8th Avenue in Altoona. Reliance Bank Relocates Corporate Headquarters to the Mill: [Altoona, PA – November 18, 2024] — Reliance Bank has finalized the relocation of its corporate headquarters to The Mill, a redeveloped mixed-use center at 2424 Eighth Avenue in Altoona. “We are thrilled to be part of The Mill and to continue our legacy of serving Altoona and the surrounding communities,” said Phil Freeman, President and CEO of Reliance Bank. “This new space will allow us to enhance our operations, foster innovation, and better serve our customers.” The renovation project, undertaken by Leonard S. Fiore, Inc., began in March 2024 and was completed in September 2024. P.W. Campbell, an architectural and design firm, was instrumental in creating a space that seamlessly blends historical charm with contemporary design. The new headquarters preserves the building’s original brick walls and wood beams, honoring its rich history while offering a modern, open-concept layout. Approximately 45 bank team members transitioned into the new space in October. The bank announced plans to relocate its headquarters in February of 2023, citing the need for a more collaborative workspace.
