The company currently comprises two main brands: Foundation Supportworks designs, manufactures and delivers a range of products to a network of foundation and concrete repair dealers across North America. SolutionView develops proprietary software designed to streamline and improve the contractor-homeowner experience. In addition to developing industry-leading solutions, Supportworks provides tools, software and business coaching to more than 150 dealers across North America.

We’re also redefining the workplace by fostering a creative and innovative environment where big thinkers have the room to bring their ideas to life. We’re a dynamic, inventive and fun-loving group focused on building something bigger than ourselves.

We are humbled to receive such glowing words from the Evergreen Journal by Tugboat Institute, whose members visited Supportworks two weeks ago for their Exemplar — the group's annual site visit to a Tugboat member company that exemplifies the think tank's Evergreen philosophy. A big shout-out to our incredible team for working seamlessly to prepare our campus for their visit, sprucing everything up and flipping our main training room by swapping out hundreds of tables and chairs to make it ready for the Tugboat group. They even arranged Nebraska-native snacks for the group! We were honored to have been chosen as this year's Exemplar and proud to host Tugboat members from across the country here in Omaha to demonstrate what makes Supportworks so special. At our annual Redefine Conference in April, VP of Foundation Supportworks Jon Erbst announced our partnership with Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), a national non-profit. His challenge? To build over 1,000 beds for kids in need with local SHP chapters.
