TMC was founded in 1995 by Mark and Dreama Waldrop with a simple goal: to build a therapy company where clinicians feel supported and patients receive exceptional care. Nearly 30 years later, TMC remains privately owned and independently operated, allowing us to stay true to what matters most—our people, our partners, and the communities we serve.
Today, TMC is a nationwide contract therapy provider, delivering physical, occupational, and speech therapy services across the United States. Our therapists work in a variety of settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Life Plan Communities (CCRCs), Assisted and Independent Living Communities, Outpatient Clinics, Hospitals, and Home Health.
