Additionally, the company is focused on ensuring team members feel a sense of connection to each other and the organization, as well as reinforce purpose through ongoing communications with all team members through an app called UKG. Through this tool, the company requests ongoing feedback from team members once onboarded with the company and periodically at 30, 90, 180 days and annually thereafter. This helps to proactively identify any concerns and learn how to better meet team members’ needs.
