A little about us...

WSECU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative founded by a small group of Washington State employees in 1957. Today we welcome and are open to serve all in Washington State.

As a credit union, we are member-owned with an all-volunteer Board of Directors. Our purpose is to make the lives of our members easier with financial services that best meet their needs and to offer support through every stage of life.

Our credit union family includes over 360,000 members and assets of more than $5.5 billion. Our commitment to our members and a long-standing reputation for fostering a culture of caring keeps us going strong after 60 years.

To acknowledge the extraordinary work of our employees during the pandemic both in branches and in new work-at-home situations, we offered all of them several days of special “Me Time” leave.
