Description CEO Erik Osland and Co-Founder Steve Biljan founded evolvedMD on the premise that patients are best served when primary care and behavioral health work together. Following a successful pilot at a primary care practice in Phoenix, adapting the model to integrate behavioral health, and hiring their first employee, the company sought to help primary care providers attend to their patients’ behavioral health needs.

We now provide upfront and ongoing modern care across 220+ sites in Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, and Florida with goals to grow and scale exponentially.
