Poor work environment hate this place

MICROMANAGERS. I can name 3 people within this company that just want the power. You have managers who have no idea about the business and can't even help customers let alone take an ACH payment. ROD's not listing to their employees when they tell them the manager is causing problems and playing favoritism and refuse to acknowledge let alone look at the proof you have. Even have assistant managers dropping racial slurs about customers and getting away with it because they are one of the favorites. How do you become a favorite? NEVER question the manager or ROD. Even if they are wrong, no they're not. The pay sucks to. $11/hr to do ALL of the work when the manager does absolutely nothing, probably because they dont' know how. Managers meetings are just a load of bull and for the higher ups to pat each other on the back for a good job THEIR EMPLOYEES do. Literally ALL of the higher ups are a JOKE and most of the managers and ROD's in the North Georgia area. Not all, but a good portion of them. DO NOT work here unless you have no other choice, and if you have to then do your job and make your money. NO ONE is your friend here NO ONE!!!
