Pros

Insurance benefits, mileage paid, holidays off Their are no other pros to working for this company that I can think of.

Cons

1. Pay is never on time or correct, been owed pay for months and they keep saying working to fix issues. Big issue for all almost all employees not getting their pay. 2. Unrealistic expectations and demands 3. Work like a dog , treated worse than a homeless dog. 4. The App's and forms used for daily tracking are daily locking up, and have continued issues. 5. They GPS employees, ghost visits, was told if I b use the bathroom have 5 minutes cuz if I was ghost visited and wasn't visible in the store that's termination grounds. So get in and out of bathroom in the 5 minutes! 6. Constant lies to the employees about how secure your job is, not true seen alot get fired for no reason. If you work like a dog and don't want paid, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOU!! 7. NO sense of loyalty to their employees. 8. Every conference call is always on how much better every one should be doing. They give ore negative to employees than positive. It's always we are doing OK BUT YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER. work more hours etc. Never have we heard you all did a great job and left at that, always good job but much more room for improvement. 9. Worst company to work for! Dictators 10. Ask for previous and current ployed names and hear their recommendations on this company before excepting an offer especially if you are trying to decide between this and another offer. 11. Plain and simply this can is not worth working for. 12. If Samsung only new half of how they cheat their employees and the way they hide things from them they would lose the cpaign and would have a working relationship. Only a matter of time 13. Document everything, save daily logs on mileage, store visits, conversation, texts, and group me messages to all upper management, get everything in writing, take snaps shots of all form entries, etc. You will need this info sooner or later,Truste!!

Pros

I worked as a Samsung Field Sales Manager (FSM) for 2020 Companies. The benefits came from the experience I received being an FSM in training, demoing and driving sales. The team I worked for was exceptional, and we learned from each other in styles and techniques.

Cons

The upper management was totally unprepared for what Samsung tasked them to do, and we in turn were unprepared. We were out in the field and had to improvise immensely, and faced unwarranted disciplinary action when we weren't trained properly. My personal district manager was unprofessional, and had somewhat of an antagonistic relationship with me. We were advised one thing on our monetary compensation, and got another. It was overall unfair to us in the field. The final nail in the coffin was when a lot of us were unceremoniously laid off, and either offered part time positions, or an adjustment pay that gave us a $500.00 lump sum in return for not going to work for a competitor for 18 months instead of a bonus that worked hard to get. This was very insulting to all of us that toiled in the field for a year.
