While working for 23andMe, I felt valued. Pay and benefits were pretty good. I got a raise each year.

Cons

- 401k match could have been better - The company does not manage money well. - The company has big plans, but does not get feedback from the people who are going to actually implement those plans. A lot of issues could be prevented if communication was better.
