Completely honest review from personal experiences
Pros
Unfortunately there are no pros unless you miraculously become a part of the offices 4 person inner circle. To accomplish this feat you MUST be of native from India
Cons
I was an employee for 17 months. I was the 27th (in office) employee to come and go. I was fired for failure to perform on a project with a scheduled 50% progress due date in another 3 days. My last email was from the client praising me for the substantial progress made. The owner told unemployment that I resigned. I was also terminated with notice for bad performance complaints from a client I was contracted out to, but when I followed up on this with the client, he informed me that this was false. I addressed this with the owner and 3 days later I was given a 10% hourly pay raise for the good work I provided. I was instructed to submit a request for a day off for my sick days that I may be out for. (????) This company will hire you and if they are unable to contract you out you will be let go. They pay hourly but will balk at paying for hours over 40/week. I was contracted out for up to 32 hours/week but still expected to handle every project with plbg/fire involved including surveys, meetings, drafting, design, engineering pre-rfp walk through, project fee proposals, etc. I sat in 1 progress meeting in 17 months.
