Pros

Sky is the limit if you have good work ethic and actually do your job without being told. Shift work sucks but ultimately more days off.

Cons

Training is a bit lacking. And attendance point system is too strict.

You will get plenty of money working overtime and making friends with the people who cycle through these plants.

Cons

Managers suck. They dont replace failing equipment until production suffers or someone is injuried.
