      Set advancement path up to a certain point with plenty of choices to branch out to other positions

      Cons

      To advance up you have to follow the typical corporate process of becoming a social butterfly and making the right connections

      Great culture, great benefits, definitely mentally taxing work

      Pros

      Great benefits, haven't experienced any weird discrimination at this place, very challenging work so I'm never bored, work with really great people

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime and time off blackouts during "year end" aka last quarter/first quarter of the year, lots of inbound calls in entry level position
