      An ethical, honest, and transparent company

      Pros

      ADP is pretty transparent about how things are going (good and bad). Also, their performance management system is awesome - no annual reviews. They have a great way to capture performance feedback throughout the year so when you get to the compensation discussion once a year, it's very straight-forward, no surprises.

      Cons

      It's a big company so it can take time for things to get done
