      Great leadership who will support you as best they can and always work to expose you to new skills.

      Cons

      Fast paced - if you're not able to move quickly, you will not succeed here.

      Pay is dependent upon work Decent benefits/Time Off Inclusive Company

      Cons

      Very stressful environment. I worked several roles and each of them felt like I was doing the work of 3 additional roles.

      Super Diverse and lots of tenured employees

      Pros

      Benefits can't be beat that I've seen. Lowest cost for great coverage. Company culture fosters diversity. I've had multiple managers and they have all been extremely flexible as far as work-life balance is concerned and great to work for.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy/silos prevents easy cross-team collaboration. Forces easy fixes into sprints which prolongs end-user's abilities to proceed with their projects.
