      Was good for the first 15 years.

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment, allot to learn if you want, advancement, decent pay, class offered to help you learn the ADP way, some good people, free snacks if you were lucky enough to get there before it was cleaned out.

      Cons

      ADP opened ADPI (ADP India) and after US teams trained them all we were nothing. Rate them yourself . ADP couldn't care less about any one of their employee's, specially US citizens and this is a quote from ADP "We (US folks) made to much money".

      Firing Associates

      Pros

      1. Good teammates 2. Rooster facility

      Cons

      1. Firing employees 2. India Management is not in favour our there associates. With no managing skills 3. Not sure how glass door review is 3.5 for a such a company , many innocent people like us getting into trap . There might be a seprate team who working behind the screens to increase glass door reviews for ADP. 4. Unnecessary management hierarchy. 5. Too many HR policies but not useful to employees
