Outstanding benefits are the biggest reason people stay with this company for as long as they have

Cons

Mandatory in-office working days with the ever-looming threat of termination if you don’t adhere. Leaders are completely out of touch with the front line workers and refuse to accept criticism. They instead lead with fear and threats of termination to force employees to keep their heads down and take whatever is thrown at them.
