      Pros

      There is nothing positive about HVN Ops.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, favoritism, toxic/hostile work environment, low pay, mandatory long hours, work fatigued, "do as I say, not as I do attitude", tattletaling, fake promises, cutting corners, poor benefits and zero work/life balance.

      Pros

      You may get 3 days off once in a while if you work for it.

      Cons

      Worked countless hours on an important project which only happens once in three years just to have the higher ups received all the credit. Since nobody sticks around here for long, training new employees is a constant part of the daily duties with no extra compensation or perk given to the ones who stay.

      theres nothing great about the place to work.

      Cons

      management doesn't care about there employees. all they care about mandatory the employees. forcing people to work almost every single one of there days off.
