Pros

As a Manager you own the store and answer for the good and bad within your store. Fast paced and little down time, which keep employee drama to a minimum. Good training skills before placing you in your own store. Other store managers are helpful if you have questions or issues. Amazing benefits and they do take care of their people.

Cons

As a manager, you are required to throw a load and do all administrative work. Your hours will be counted in for hours for the day as one of the employees. Very physical and will wear your body down in no time.

Pros

The money was great, you also would make time and a half. Now they have more employees working at each location.

Cons

Lets say you worked 1pm to 10 pm,you would have to stay until all the grocery pallets were worked. Many times I would still be at work at 4am.

Pros

The early morning hours worked for me but not after closing the night before

Cons

Treated like a work horse, doesn't care about their people so turnover is high! Back breaking work that is not appreciated at all!
