- the management is appalling and they bully staff into doing what they want - poor pay -mostly French speakers with poor English -the management make people redundant as soon as the client's contract comes to an end - mostly junior roles badly paid - business managers make a fat commission on junior staff and do not pay them well - no benefits, statutory holidays only - managers with huge egos who only worry about their own career development and take advantage of consultants

Very low salary with minor chances of getting a rise the next year hired (rounds 1-2%) and those are not based on performance at all, lack of vision. No workload properly defined. Company hires a bunch of engineers and when they arrive to the office they keep them without project around 2 , 3 months. Upper management doesn't care about employees, it's typical company which buys pizzas and thinks that is how to improve company's trust. They force employees to keep within the company for a year by contract clause otherwise you have to pay like 150% what they gave you as relocation expenses, Visa, Layer, costs.(RED FLAG!) You cannot get sick, otherwise you have to use your vacations to go to the hospital, there are companies which offers unlimited PTO or sick/flexible days. You can verify this by LinkedIn by checking that more than 80% of workers doesn't last more than a year. Definitely do your research carefully before applying for a job here.
