      Pros

      Zero! Management expects to own your soul in exchange for your paycheck and will rub that fact in your face.

      Cons

      Never ending, disrespectful, untrustworthy, back stabbing, doggy dog culture: No trust, no respect for hard working employees. Management don't care! HR don't care!

      Pros

      They have a lot of really good people in support roles. Their have lost of great sales reps who do a really good job.

      Cons

      Their top leadership is completely out of touch. They have been making management changes at an alarming rate. They make one decision, go in that direction and then completely change their minds a few months later. The CEO has the entire company on egg shells.

      Pros

      Good benefits, environmentally concerned. Salaries fall in the mid-scale. In some positiions, schedules can be flexible.

      Cons

      AMAG has the potential to be a good company, but unfortunately it falls short. There is too much office politics and not enough teamwork.
