Pros

Great floor level employees that know and understand what is needed of them on a day to day bases. Most operators tend to be long tenured and dependable.

Cons

Count on working very long hours and with little to no acknowledgement. The more that you offer to do for the Senior Management team the more they will exploit that to meet their own ends.

Pros

- Good for fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience to learn, as long as you don't mind with the low salary - If you are lucky report to good manager, your life will be not too bad

Cons

- Culture within company is the worst ever in my career, people keep fighting to take credit and backstep to take credit - Whatever you do for the company, they will think it is part of your job scope - Don't expect to get promotion or pay raise if you take more job, and they will keep throw you with more job if you not complain - People asking to do things not in his/her skill set - Some manager thought should you should be lucky get job and pay from the company when market is bad, they always said market is bad

Pros

I was never bored. I never lacked for work. I loved my co-workers. I worked with some of the best in the business! Most of them were extremely hard working, loyal, and always willing to lend a hand.

Cons

Management practices for effecting change tended to be re-organization rather than attacking the source of inefficiencies and problems. I found that my workload increased to the point where I was no longer able to perform at an optimum level. It was demoralizing and extremely depressing to feel that I could not work at an A level because I had too much to do. Due to lack of resources, I was not able to delegate any work and asking for help was deemed to be admitting to failure and incompetency.
