      Pros

      Great money, good PTO and a potential to make a lifestyle.

      Cons

      Gotta hit the ground running with extensive amounts of tools else you won’t make much. Next to nothing is company provided. Back charged on all materials.

      Pros

      Coworkers are good to work with and the team of managers is better than other places I have worked. They have a really solid approach to pay so we have ability to earn good money. The benefits are not bad either.

      Cons

      Retirement match is not the best. Company car is hard to get because of back orders and delays. Some favortism but that is normal anywhere to a point.

      Pros

      This company provides a fun, laidback atmosphere while also being very successful and focused on great customer service. They are flexible and understanding of people's life outside of work. Also they treat their employees well with incentives to do a good job and rewards if we reach set goals.

      Cons

      Sometimes with a lot of moving parts communication struggles. Not every is on the same page when changes are made.
