      Overworked, underpaid

      Pros

      The cubicle is spacious and there is a private bathroom in the back.

      Cons

      You are expected to do the work of multiple departments at the rate of pay for just one person. They fire entire departments and just let the work get absorbed by everyone else. No bonuses, no commission, no raises even though the money is there. Sexism runs rampant. Management will only tell you what they think you’re doing wrong without any mention of what you do well.

      I’m moved by the culture of diversity and the commitment to excellence this company exudes. There seems to be an authenticity in the drive and mission of this company that just stands out.
