      The culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and very results-driven. You’re constantly learning and being challenged, which makes every day feel meaningful. Leadership is highly engaged and transparent. They set ambitious goals and push the company forward with clear direction, while also being approachable. The products are innovative, especially in AI/ML for marketing. It feels like we’re building something with real impact in the industry. Lots of opportunities for growth if you’re proactive and motivated.

      Cons

      The pace can be intense at times. If you’re not comfortable with a high-speed, high-expectation environment, it might feel overwhelming.
