      Pros

      Acadaca encourages you and allows you to grow in your role. If you speak up and have conversations with leadership they will listen and take action. I enjoy working with all the team members and I am challenged daily with the work I am assigned to complete.

      Cons

      Wish the benefits were more robust. 401k match and better vacation time as well as more insurance options.

      Late Nights Were Too Common

      Pros

      The company offered some internal growth opportunities to me, and I made the most of them. It was good for a while.

      Cons

      The company set of deadlines that were too though to chase, and I had to stay late at night to chase them. I didn't like to work late nights too often, so I switched the job to a company that never works people beyond the usual hours.

      Pros

      I got to meet some really cool people, but those people left a couple of months after I did. It's a good place to learn, especially early in your career.

      Cons

      Where do I begin. This company is so poorly run, it's amazing they are still in business. Upper management could care less about employees. There is no training salaries are mediocre at best, there is nobody to voice your opinion to and they are using the most outdated tools.
