Pros

Innovative company experiencing major growth. Senior leadership has innovative vision for the future. Tremendous positive change under current CEO, Steve Rodgers. Growth opportunities.

Cons

Just like any other organization experiencing growth, the road is sometimes bumpy. Sometimes we make mistakes, and don't always execute on the level that we would like. Growing pains are a real thing. The culture here is to own those mistakes and continue to push forward because our patients and employees deserve our best.

Pros

Will give you as many hours to work as you can handle Overtime & Holiday Shifts and pay Mileage reimbursement for transporting clients or running errands and between clients Paid Orientation Day 401K

Cons

Staff is only looking out for their best interest, not yours or theirs pushes shifts on you pushes you to take shifts that are far away from home (more than 1hr one way) Does not offer travel reimbursement to and from home If you have to cancel any shift for any reason (well in advance) you get retaliation by not staffing you for shifts. OFTEN leaves you stranded with client with no one to relieve you until well after your shift was scheduled to end (3h+) Does not give you necessary client info prior to meeting Unreachable most of the time emergency line won't respond for more than an hour most times Client endangerment (improper knowledge/level of care for client, lack of response to emergencies) Staff endangerment (violent psychiatric clients) Highly-unprofessional staff to employees regardless how hard you work for them

Pros

It's a good stepping stone for something better.

Cons

Corporate just took away the paid time leave that was previously earned and lowered the number of sick days nurses are able to take. The pay is not competitive and thy will hire new nurses at better rates of pay than some employees that have went many years without one bit of a raise.
