      Pros

      Extremely great culture - everyone is so friendly and approachable. Feels very collegiate and welcoming. Amazing culture and environment - cannot be understated. Good work life balance - even though it is consulting, the hours were manageable and the managers respect your work-life balance!!! Broad spectrum of projects - so much diversity of project types and companies. You really get to do it all Career development - lots of opportunities to grow and great exposure to senior leadership. Everyone is so supportive and wants to help you

      It is consulting and at times there can be long hours Client-facing work can be frustrating sometimes
