Good work life balance - even though it is consulting, the hours were manageable and the managers respect your work-life balance!!! Broad spectrum of projects - so much diversity of project types and companies. You really get to do it all Career development - lots of opportunities to grow and great exposure to senior leadership. Everyone is so supportive and wants to help you
