- Decent earning potential if you hit targets - Relatively good products which are easy to learn - Large company with various locations so opportunity to move within the organization

Cons

- Managers tend to be good sales people and not great Managers - Compensation structure can be hard to understand - Targets not always realistic - Managers can play favorites
