      Overtime is usually always availabe

      Cons

      Management is horrible!!!they single people out that do not kiss butt.They treat people disrespectably and do not give respect based on work merit only on socializing.Ceo needs to clean out foremans and leads if they ever have a chance on finding skilled machinists to work for them.

      Good co-workers, decent benefits, good facilities

      Promotion is not normally on merit, but relationship. Top management of company as no experience outside of company walls. No real growth potential

      None that I saw in my time there.

      Cons

      Almost zero training, they just throw you into your job. Terrible safety protocols. Warehouse is dirty, bugs everywhere. If you get sick within your first 60 days, they will fire you even with a doctor's note, so better just come to work contagious and get everybody sick. Low wages, mandatory overtime only for certain departments (even if you have finished your work they'll just throw you to another department where you have even less training).
