There are no pros, unfortunately.

Cons

The staff at the Rockford office were frequently unresponsive, especially when it came to returning calls about patient care, which is unacceptable in a field where communication is critical. What makes this even more frustrating is that my role was deeply personal—I was caring for both my grandmother and grandfather. In a situation that required reliability, compassion, and support, I was met with the opposite. It felt like there was a lack of urgency, organization, and respect not only for employees, but for the patients depending on care. I believe it’s important for others to be aware of these issues. Proper communication and professionalism should be the standard—especially in healthcare. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and it’s something that needs to be addressed so others don’t go through the same situation.

Pros

When you get good people to work for it's the best.

Cons

Difficult to get ahold of the office, watch every paycheck for accuracy, some clients are terrible to work with, job instability when clients go to nursing homes, etc
