Pros

Weight loss and no longer employed there

Cons

Little to no training other than being screamed at for 8 hours, bullying of temp employees to "GO FASTER!!" Lack of training results in constant moderate/severe hand/joint pain ignored as "complaining" Unrealistic production requirements on ill maintained equipment 1 extremely dangerous "near-miss" equipment failure [reported?] Takes one year to be hired in from a temp. agency Extremely low pay for work, 8.85 pr hour, no real benefits, back breaking labor Stress, anxiety, and walk outs on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. Most only make it 3 days, tops Took over a month to get protective gloves at first Management has little concern for actual safety, unless its in their own interest Implicit threat of job loss for reporting anything that may reduce production Repeated layoffs 1-2 weeks at a time Foregoing injury reports to keep the numbers low [i assume] Production write-ups for machine failure Hired employees are reduced to janitors and light duty, "weve got temps for that" Supervisors have little to no knowledge of lines they are supervising 10 min breaks, 20 min lunches, which on my line were regularly cut short due to job housekeeping ect Mandatory childish group activities after toiling for 8 hours, sometimes during, counted as a part of your break In the end they will fire you, after putting up with all this, hitting record numbers and giving your best, for just saying you found another job that actually pays... they will make up a reason and terminate your job around your 90 days
