Pros

First Friday off each month Decent product

Cons

- The company’s roots are grounded in a "pre-acquisition" era where bullying was not just a byproduct but a management style. - Inappropriate behavior towards women, verbal aggression, and intimidation tactics have historically been tolerated (please read older reviews), with little to no accountability for high-level offenders. - There is a glaring absence of soft-skill requirements for leadership. Promotion occur without any regard for a person's ability to manage a team, resulting in "accidental managers" who lack empathy and communication skills. - The company does not invest in employee growth. There is effectively zero budget or effort put into professional development or long-term career pathing. - For years, EU managers operated under "their own rules," often escaping the oversight required in a global corporation. - While the integration with SiriusXM has introduced stricter rules, it has created a "dead zone" of communication. The US appears indifferent to the specific needs of EU teams. - HR is essentially incapable or non-existent when it comes to employee protection; function more as a corporate shield for management rather than a resource for staff facing abuse. - At AdsWizz, HR curate the exits of anyone who dares to speak up. - Atmosphere is one of unhappiness. Most employees appear to be staying solely for the salary or minor perks (like "First Fridays off") rather than any belief in the company mission or respect for leadership. It is truly sad to witness the lack of morale. - Culture of Convenience: Motivation is driven by convenience rather than passion, leading to a disconnected and uninspired workforce. - The company has demonstrated a willingness to prioritize corporate optics over employee integrity, utilizing aggressive tactics to silent dissent

Pros

They have a decent salary

Cons

If you're looking for a workplace defined by micromanagement, gaslighting, a lack of transparency, and a dictatorship-style leadership, this is it. Management doesn’t just tolerate abusive behavior, they actively ignore serious issues, even when reported, creating an environment where employees feel powerless. Instead of offering empathy or support, some managers deliberately add unnecessary stress and toxicity, making daily work life unbearable. Without a doubt, this is the most toxic workplace I have ever experienced.
