      From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported by everyone I’ve met. It’s clear that Aeroflow really lives its values—there’s a true sense of care for both the people here and the purpose we’re working toward, which makes showing up every day something to look forward to.

      Can’t think of anything I’d consider a con at this point—it’s been a great experience.

      Pros

      It's a great place to work. I didn't think I would love my first office job but it's been 8 months and I've never thought about looking elsewhere. The atmosphere is comfortable. Both my bosses are supportive and encouraging. Feedback is always constructive. Goals are clear and attainable and management is constantly working on resources to make it easier. Our department director is widely admired by his employees which I'm sure is the main factor contributing to our high engagement ratings. And it's strangely very rewarding work.

      Pros

      The company is doing a great job working towards ensuring employees are part of the decisions that are made to make this a great place to work. While there is always going to be things that can be improved, I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. The atmosphere is electric and I feel that I can grow within this company.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a fast pace and space was becoming limited. They have moved the warehouse out of our current building and moved some departments into their space. I would suggest to move quickly on revamping this space to allow for the continued growth.
