Pros
People are nice, the office is in a good location.
Cons
They are stuck in the 80s, there are some who want to modernize but mostly it seems like the leadership is content to drift into oblivion. It is a very demotivating environment because poor performance is not penalized and all senior positions are occupied by people who have been in those same roles for 15+ years.
