      Pros

      Great people to work with and the management is really good. Salary is on the higher side if you have the skills and ask for it. Good work life balance. 2 earned leaves a month. They also have annual bonuses for educational assistance and housing assistance.

      Cons

      No onsite chances. Hire and fire policy. You commit a mistake and they might even fire you right then and there.
