      Pros

      Truly fast-paced environment where continuous learning is a requirement, not just a buzzword. The product-market fit is exceptional; the offering is highly differentiated especially given the current AI landscape. You’ll work with a collaborative, dynamic team and a management layer that actively advocates for your growth and celebrates your wins. Unlimited PTO and decent benefits.

      Cons

      As the organization scales, navigating internal politics has become a necessary part of the job. Management’s view of the "boots on the ground" experience seems decoupled from the actual workload, leading to some burnout. The current incentive and compensation structures often feel misaligned with the actual KPIs required for success.

      Avoid at all cost

      Pros

      snacks, clean office, and a few civilized employees.

      Cons

      They make you take onboarding classes that will eat up your entire day for the first couple of months. They don't tell you this during the interview process. It takes away from the ability to focus on building yourself up and actually getting work done. The proof is in the pudding. I had seniors tell me directly that they thought the amount of onboarding work was insane and unnecessary.

      Pros

      The people at AlphaSense are top notch in every department. Super high performing staff, all of which are highly motivated to sell, retain, and provide the best customer experience.

      Cons

      Fast paced nature of the product can sometimes make it hard to keep up. Information moves so fast it takes up quite a bit of your day trying to stay ahead of the curve.
