Managers don’t care about anything but pushing the work. They don’t care if it results in the patient getting charged on the back end. They lie about what’s going on , there is poor communication of any and if you go to HR with a concern you will eventually be terminated. High ups have no idea that their managers and directors are going to bankrupt the company. The physicians have no idea that these bad practices will cause their patients bills in the long run.
