Pros

Focus on relentlessly improving for both customers AND their employees. I had heard the horror stories from days of old, but have seen how they sincerely and daily drive improvements for their employee's work-life balance and career growth.

Cons

Bottlenecks in middle management and poor communication/change management rollouts for key strategic changes. Also, it appears that older employees "age out" if they haven't been at the company for 10+ years. Younger managers block hiring of older employees that may have more experience than them, limiting the growth potential. Most older employees that haven't made a fortune in equity already tend to leave. I've seen older employees be discriminated against, but when trying to get an interview and when doing internal interviewing.
