Pros
Great compensation, solid retirement benefits (take advantage of the mega backdoor roth Amazon offers with Fidelity). It's a big company with a wide range of business areas - If you don't like what you're working on, try finding a team in an area you find more interesting.
Cons
It's a big company with a lot of top-down mandates. Over the years, I've noticed most of them are meant drive attrition or force it (RTH, RTO, layoffs). Some orgs/teams can be toxic and political - it really just varies depending on the leadership.
